Abstract The efficacy of Computer-Based Training (CBT) programs, potentially useful for security checkpoint screener training, will be evaluated at three different airports. Candidates will be trained with one of three CBT programs or the Air Transport Association-approved classroom training program. The Screener Readiness Test, designed to assess screening-related knowledge, will then be used to evaluate the effectiveness of these programs.
