Abstract The purpose of this research project was to provide a systematic evaluation of the performance of Florida's commuter assistance programs from two perspectives: Impact on the commuting patterns and awareness of the general public; and Impact on the commuting patterns and awareness of each CAP database of commuters, which are comprised of commuters who have called or otherwise applied for commuting assistance and/or information.
