| Abstract | Remote Sensing measurements were taken at five primary sites in the Denver Area between April 1997 and March 1998 using an RS2000 unit capable of measuring HC, CO, and NO. The RD unit also measures vehicle speed and acceleration to permit determination of the vehicle operating condition and captures an image of the vehicle plate for identification. |
