Abstract The project consists of essentially doing what is outlined in the objective above. In addition, MoDOT will be responsible for choosing the 30 soils and 5 base materials to be tested, for doing initial property tests on them, and delivering them to UMR. UMR will mold and test the specimens discussed in the objective. In addition, UMR will measure water activity properties of each specimen, investigating how new instruments may be useable in the field during subgrade evaluations to be done in future research. Finally, the data from testing during this project will be entered into Dr. Han's program, usable in predicting resilient moduli and water contents, along with further calibration of this program with Missouri soils. The following graph and explanation of tasks describe the processes to be followed and their timing. /Abstract from report summary page/
