| Abstract | The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, to whom was referred the bill (H.R. 2701) to strengthen our Nation's energy security and mitigate the effects of climate change by promoting energy efficient transportation and public buildings, creating incentives for the use of alternative fuel vehicles and renewable energy, and ensuring sound water resource and natural disaster preparedness planning, and for other purposes, having considered the same, report favorably thereon with an amendment and recommend that the bill as amended do pass. |
