| Abstract | This study reviewed each State statute regarding drug-impaired driving as of December 2008. There is a high degree of variability across the States in the ways they approach drug-impaired driving. Current laws in many States contain provisions making it dificult to identify, prosecute, or convict drug-impaired drivers. |
