| Abstract | This report was prepared by Traffic Engineering personnel, from the West Virginia Division of Highways. The data contained in this report is collected from Uniform Traffic Crash Reports submitted by state law enforcement agencies. These law enforcement agencies include the West Virginia State Police, all County Sheriff’s Departments and Municipal Police Departments, as well as other agencies. We wish to acknowledge their efforts, as this report would not be possible without the crash investigations they conduct. In the 2003 West Virginia Crash Data Report we continue our effort to provide valuable information to our data users. The information contained in this publication reflects the input of many organizations and people. |
