| Abstract | The primary causes of operational errors are discussed and the effects of these errors on an ATC system's performance are described. No attempt is made to specify possible error models for the spectrum of blunders that can occur although previous results are reviewed. Methods of handling blunder effects in preliminary evaluation experiments are outlined and the requirements for future work in the area of blunder analysis are discussed. |
