Abstract A package of six user-oriented computer programs has been developed and tested for the analysis and design of urban highway drainage systems and related non-point source pollution problems. These programs are organized into four related but independent Modules. This report consists of the documentation and user's manual for the Precipitation Module. Hourly precipitation data can be statistically analyzed by this module to generate design storm hyetographs.
