Abstract A package of six user-oriented computer programs has been developed and tested for the analysis and 'design of urban highway drainage systems' and related nonpoint source pollution problems. These programs are organized into four related but independent Modules. This report consists of the documentation and user's manual for the Inlet Design Program of the Hydraulics/Quality Module. User-specified design criteria are used by the program to determine the location of fixed-sized inlets in the surface runoff conveyance system.
