| Abstract | The basic manual, published as the first volume of this report, is intended for use as a tool in predicting noise levels which will be generated by freely-flowing vehicle traffic along a highway of known characteristics. The first volume explains the basis for the computerized prediction model, used for highway noise level prediction, and contains the user's manual for the computer program. This volume contains the programmer's manual for the computer program, and the program listing in FORTRAN IV. Appendix B contains the programmer's manual and computer listing for the highway noise prediction model. |
