Abstract This survey determined Operational Flight Plan Data and Flight schduling accuracy vs. published schedules an/or stored flight plan data. This accuracy was determined by sampling tracer flights of varying lengths, selected terminals, and high altitude sectors; then comparing this data with sotred computer data, thus, revealing average delay areas. This information will aid operational anaysts and programmers to construct flow control software programs.
