| Abstract | A laboratory test program is defined for determining the dynamic characteristics of a contact power collection system for a high speed tracked vehicle. The use of a hybrid computer is conjuntion with hydraulic exciters to simulate the expected dynamic environment is described. A laboratory setup for examing the effects of brush friction is also described. |
