| Abstract | This tenth annual directory contains descriptions of research, development, demonstration (RD&D) and training projects sponsored by the Urban Mass Transportation Administration (UMTA) of the U.S. Department of Transportation. Together, these projects constitute the Federal program of technical assistance for urban transportation. The focus of this report is on activities that took place in fiscal year 1981 (FY 81). Renewed emphasis is on helping to solve the practical problems experienced within the transit industry. |
