| Abstract | This bibliography is intended to provide those interested in transit performance measurement with a sampling of the reports, studies, and documents that have been published in recent years. The collection is not comprehensive, but rather, is intended to illustrate the range of key issues and developments that have been explored. The bibliography is divided into two sections. Section I, General Analysis, highlights research from a variety of sources. Section II, Demonstration Programs, pertains to the actual implementation of performance indicators in transit system demonstration programs. |
