| Abstract | This report summarizes the results of a program conducted by the Defense Civil Preparedness Agency to determine blast resistance of wall panels typically found in existing structures. The objective of this program was to determine the blast sheltering capability of structures in the National Fallout Shelter Survey inventory and to obtain information which could be used to upgrade these structures. |
