Abstract North Central Texas is a unique region in terms of its combination of recent, current and projected size, growth rate, ethnic diversity, and transportation profile – specifically in relation to congestion. This document summarizes a plan to market the US 75 Integrated Corridor Management Project by positioning 511DFW from its inception so that it is readily understood and adopted by those segments of the population that account for most of the growth and most of the new, emerging needs for traveler information.
