Abstract This report documents the Architecture Description for the implementation of the Intelligent Network Flow Optimization (INFLO) Prototype bundle within the Dynamic Mobility Applications (DMA) portion of the Connected Vehicle Program. The intent is to describe, at a high level, the architectural components that make up the INFLO system and their respective interfaces. The approach is loosely based on ISO/IEC 42010:2007(e) Systems and software engineering – Recommended practice for architectural description of software intensive systems.
