Abstract This report summarizes the proceedings of a Regional Models of Cooperation Virtual Peer Exchange Workshop held on March 9 – 10, 2016 for the State of Alaska. Participants discussed the benefits and challenges of cooperation across jurisdictions and with diverse stakeholders in a large state with a dispersed population. The Regional Models of Cooperation program of the Federal Highway Administration, part of the Every Day Counts 3 initiative, sponsored this event.
