| Abstract | This report summarizes the proceedings of a Regional Models of Cooperation Virtual Peer Exchange Workshop held on March 9 – 10, 2016 for the State of Alaska. The Regional Models of Cooperation program of the Federal Highway Administration, part of the Every Day Counts 3 initiative, sponsored this event. |
