| Abstract | Pilots are asked to manage faults during flight operations. This leads to the training question of the type and depth of system knowledge required to respond to these faults. Based on discussions with multiple airline operators, there is agreement that instead of training deep system knowledge it is more beneficial to train operational use knowledge, how to respond to these faults. |
