| Abstract | The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) Connected Vehicle (CV) Pilot Deployment Program is intended to develop a suite of applications that utilize vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication technology to reduce traffic congestion, improve safety, and decrease emissions. These CV applications support a flexible range of services from advisories, roadside alerts, transit mobility enhancements, and pedestrian safety. The pilot is conducted in three phases. Phase 1 includes the planning for the CV pilot including the concept of operations development. Phase 2 is the design, development, and testing phase. Phase 3 includes a real-world demonstration of the applications developed as part of this pilot. This document represents the Data Management Plan. The Data Management Plan is intended to describe how data will be collected, managed, integrated, and disseminated before, during Phase 2 and Phase 3. |
