| Abstract | This Model Plan template is part of the Jurisdiction Speed Management Action Plan Development Package. This template was developed to provide a framework for State and local agencies to use in developing speed management safety action plans. The plan template provides guidance but allows the user to develop tailored actions, safety goals and a plan for countermeasures implementation through a systematic process, as well as to address larger speed management issues that often limit program effectiveness and durability. |
