| Abstract | This report documents the findings of a study of variability in traffic volumes by vehicle classification. It is meant to update the report, "Highway Performance Monitoring System, Vehicle Classification Case Study," by Douglas MacTavish and Donald Neuman (1982). This project studied data from a broader geographic distribution of those sites and included a larger data collection period at each site. |
