| Abstract | Shortening the time necessary for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) project approval is a core need for the transportation community. The Every Day Counts-3 (EDC-3) initiative supports tools to enable collaborative, concurrent, timely and transparent interagency reviews that will reduce the amount of work and resources required, save considerable time and money, and improve the quality of NEPA documents. |
