| Abstract | This handbook presents a methodology that will aid highway asset owners and maintenance personnel with determining what assets, beyond pavements and bridges, are most important to support their agencies' missions and goals. The methodology prioritizes asset classes and identifies data related to those assets that best support a performance-based approach to managing the condition and utilization of those assets. The methodology is comprehensive, yet flexible, so it may be tailored to each agency's specific needs. |
