Printable View

Printable View will give a cleaner display that is more appropriate for printing. Printable View is available on the following screens:

• Result List/Brief Record Display
• Detail/Full Record Display
• Marked Record Display

Result List/Brief Record Display

Click on "Printable View" link in the "Show" information line. To print a large batch of record, change the number of records per page to "50/Page" then click on "Printable View".  Note: A new window will open.

Includes:

• Date
• Database and Search Terms
• Bibliographic Data
• Title
• Accession Number or Document ID
• Authors
• Journal Title
• Conference Title
• Corporate Author/Publisher (T)
• Corporate Author (N)
• Publisher (N)
• Publication Year
• Full Text Document URL
• Database

Detail/Full Record Display

Click on "Printable View" link in the "Show" information line.  Note: A new window will open.

Includes:

• Date
• Database and Search Terms
• Full Bibliographic Data
  includes all data on screen as well as pop-up window information from the following fields
• Author
• Journal
• Conference
• Corporate Author/Publisher
• Availability/Ordering Information

Marked Record Display

Mark the records to print. Click on "Marked Records" tab at the top of the screen.
For Brief Records, click on "Printable View" link.
For Detailed Records, click on the "Detailed View" link. Once on the next screen, click on "Printable View" link to print.
Note: A new window will open.
