Abstract	The Georgia Cruise Card is an AVI (Automatic Vehicle Identification) device that will allow motorists to pass through a highway's toll plaza without having to stop. The cruise card, which is mounted on the windshield inside the motorist's vehicle with two Velcro strips, reflects a signal which is read by toll plaza sensors that automatically debit the 50-cent toll from the motorist's pre-established account. An account can be replenished automatically through the credit card listed on an application. This Card will promote the ease and convenience of traveling on the new Georgia 400 Extension.
